Sync X features a JetPLL clock with low jitter rate, allowing it to quickly synchronize with external sources. Additionally, its temperature-compensated oscillator runs at 100MHz, approximately twice the speed of a typical JetPLL-based clock. An integrated video reference generator eliminates the need for expensive external devices.

Sync X can also receive video reference, with automatic format detection for maximum efficiency. You also get a 10MHz input for connecting to high-quality atomic master clocks, simplified multi-operator workflows, a high-resolution front-panel OLED display, and easy setup directly in Pro Tools.

It supports all industry-standard clock sources, including word clock, loop sync, and AES3, along with positional reference formats such as LTC, serial timecode, and bi-phase/tach. It also supports SD and HD reference formats and video pull-up/pull-down rates. Additionally, six word clock outputs make it easy to sync Sync X with Pro Tools interfaces and devices. Sync X can also synchronize with a high-quality atomic master clock via a 10MHz input, and can send and receive AES3 or AES3id signals to compatible devices.
