The Bitwig Studio Producer 12-month upgrade plan offers a full year of product fixes and updates. This means that any new version of Bitwig Studio Producer released within 12 months of your registration will be available to you.

Best of all, your software will continue to work after your Upgrade Plan ends. Want to start receiving updates again? No problem. You can purchase a new Upgrade Plan at any time. You can also renew your upgrade plan before it expires to extend its expiration by 12 months.

Note: Although Essentials and Producer do not have access to all 154 devices and instruments found in Bitwig Studio, their users can still load and play out-of-bounds devices as presets in 'Player Mode' without modifying settings or adding modulators (the devices will appear in a grayed-out state). This allows users with different versions to share and work on project files.

The development of this family of modulators and modules has led to a major upgrade of our entire modulation system. In version 5, modulators can do more, such as control track- and project-level parameters and expand in pop-out windows. We've also created new ways to perform live with our software and redesigned browsers to make it easier to find what you need.

Notes that do more

Our notes are dynamic, allowing micropitch, pressure, panning and more for each individual note. So get true polyphony from Bitwig instruments or send those notes as MPE or CV signals. Or even add some musical logic with Operators, modulating when and how notes play.

Comping, anywhere

Comping is a clean workflow for recording and then combining the best parts of many takes. This works on any audio clip in Bitwig , so move freely between Arranger and Launcher. Even drag long audio to “dubbed” a new composition, exploring old tapes in a new way.
