POW-R dithering algorithms

POW-r Dithering is composed of a set of three algorithms for dithering and noise modeling. Each is tuned to a specific type of audio recording: Voiceover and music with limited or wide dynamic range. Type 1 has the flattest frequency spectrum in the audible frequency range and is optimized for recordings with a dynamic range – ideal for highly compressed pop music. Type 2 has an optimized psychoacoustic low-order noise shaping curve and is best suited for less complex recordings – perfect for voiceovers. Type 3 has an optimized psychoacoustic high-order noise shaping curve and is best suited for complex recordings with a high dynamic range – ideal for orchestral concerts.

DDP export & disc-at-once CD burning

Prepare your data for pressing and export in Disc Description Protocol Master format. Mastered DDP files allow all parameters to be defined, so the CD can be reproduced industrially in large quantities – including checksumming to ensure error-free playback at all times. Everything is, of course, compliant with the Redbook standard. The Disc-At-Once and Track-At-Once methods are supported for creating CDs with the recorder for home use. To this end, markers and track names can be conveniently defined directly from the program.
