O Analog Modeling Suite Plus includes four high-quality effects plug-ins that model analog audio tools that simply can't be left out of any mastering process. These include a high-quality analog compressor (am-track) with optional simulation of studio recorder saturation effects, a transient designer (am-pulse) for influencing the signal envelope of percussive audio material, a tube preamp /channel strip (am-phibia), as well as a dynamic mastering tool (am|munition) with compressor, limiter, clipper and M/S editing.

COMPRESSOR WITH M/S EDITION: AM|MUNITION

The am|munition VST plugin is an extremely versatile dynamic tool for editing groups of signals or summing signals, making it especially useful for mastering. It contains separate units such as compressor, filter, side chain, limiter and clipper. You can also edit Mid and Side signals separately in M/S mode. All modules and parameters are optimized to compress program material without disturbing artifacts, volume gain and analog control mode with individual sound signature.

Transient Designer: am|pulse

Transient designer was developed specifically for detailed editing of percussive and dynamic signals. It is particularly suitable for optimizing attack and sustain parameters for drum or string parts. Among its other optimization mechanisms, am|pulse has saturation control and mixing function due to its harmonic control mode

TAPE SIMULATION: AM|TRACK

This fantastic combination of analog compressor and tape simulation is primarily suited for editing individual channels or subgroup signals. am-track features two completely different compressors, each with its own independent controls and sonic characteristics. In addition to VCA mode, which covers the typical sound of modern VCA compressors, there is Vintage mode, which uses a FET (field-effect transistor) element to create a more aggressive sound. Additionally, the tape select feature allows you to imitate a tape saturation effect, which captures smooth transients and sends them through the “tape”.

Tube amplifier: am|phibia

This plugin is particularly good for editing recordings of vocals and acoustic instruments. am|phibia is a combination of a tube preamp and a channel strip that combines a high-quality opto compressor with a pre- and post-filter. It offers a whole new range of options for sound design.
