Unleash your creativity: It's a must-have toolkit for all producers, engineers, sound designers and musicians who want to add expressive effects to their sound.
All the H9 Plug-in Series feature the innovative RIBBON control, which allows you to transform the effect between two different settings. This makes automating sweeps, transitions, and effects much more rewarding and streamlined. Use a MIDI keyboard and gain control of the Ribbon via the mod wheel for a tactile advantage. Additionally, many of the H9 series plug-ins offer unique performance buttons, so keep an eye out for “Freeze,” “Flex,” “Swirl,” and “Hot Switch.”
O CrushStation is a versatile, class-leading stereo distortion platform for your Mac or PC. Its controls can drive your tone from creamy saturation to a brutal sonic assault. But distortion is just the starting point. O CrushStation brings multiple effects to the mix, adding a three-band EQ, compression, octave mixing and, the unique approach of Eventide about failed hardware, control Sag. Use the MIX control to combine your dry signal with CrushStation to create parallel compression, distortion, and other creative effects.
Undulator is the classic modulated tremolo effect of Eventide of the iconic H3000 effects processor. This unique rhythmic effect combines ethereal feedback and detuned echoes, played through an AM/FM modulated tremolo. Whether used to manipulate samples or add movement to strings, pads, guitars and keys, the Undulator is a muse for creative musicians. Add Undulator in your plugin collection for the most playable tremolo-style effect on your DAW or iOS device.
Eventide Crystals combines dual reverse pitch shifters with reverse delays and reverb. This iconic H3000 Harmonizer® effect can be used to create otherworldly escalation and cascading delays or to create unique sounding reverbs. It features two reverse granular delays that can be manipulated by length and pitch. Crystals excels at adding life to synths, guitar and vocals, making them sound huge and majestic. From sound design to out-of-this-world solos, Crystals will inspire.
Spring Reverb models the sound and character of the popular spring reverb found in guitar amplifiers, popularized by Surf, Garage and Rockabilly music. Spring takes this a step further by allowing manipulation of physical parameters not normally available in a real tank. The results range from faithful recreations of real sources to distinctive new sounds that push the physical limits of reverb.
UltraTap is a unique multi-tap effect capable of rhythmic delays, irregular reverbs, large pad-like volume boosts, and extraordinary modulation. It's the perfect tool for creating drum fills, vocal choruses, intense guitar chords and other evolving effects – everything from inverted reverbs to a mass church choir singing a Gregorian chant in Notre-Dame Cathedral!
Most reverbs are terrestrial and restricted by real-world physics. The reverb Blackhole of Eventide breaks the rules, allowing you to create virtual spaces that could never exist in reality (at least the one we inhabit). At large sizes, its smooth attack and extended, harmonic tails allow it to really shine on guitars, strings, and pads. At small sizes, these same qualities can add an angelic glow to vocals or transform a simple drum track into an otherworldly rhythm section.
O MicroPitch It's a fine-resolution pitch shifter for subtle tone boosts, plus delays for dramatic back-slapping effects. MicroPitch is the latest incarnation of an iconic effect originated by Eventide in the 1970s. With each generation, Eventide added refined, improved and built on its legendary predecessors.
RotaryMod is a rotating speaker effect that simulates a Leslie cabinet. Just like the original sound derived from the Hammond organ's Leslie speaker cabinet, the plug-in produces a pulse vibrato effect depending on the speed of rotation. Rotary offers precise control to dial in the exact amount of movement you need. This classic swirly effect has been used on countless hit records to dramatically transform guitars, bass, synths and even vocals. Notably used by The Beatles, Beach Boys, The Band, Cream and Pink Floyd, this iconic emulation brings the joy of classic 60s rotary modulation into the 21st century on your laptop or in the palm of your hand.
TriceraChorus is inspired by the classic tri-chorus and chorus pedals of the 1970s and early 1980s, particularly the Dyno-My-Piano. It combines rich BBD-style tri-chorus with another unique Eventide : micro-pitch detuning. This effect can be used to thicken the sound and widen the stereo field by detuning the left and right signals and shifting them in opposite directions.
Combining these effects makes it easy to create syrupy, smooth, and deep modulations on synths, strings, vocals, guitar, bass, and more. TriceraChorus It's a great way to add richness and spatial depth to your sounds.
MangledVerb™ is a unique effect that combines reverb and distortion. Ported directly from the award-winning H9 Harmonizer®, the MangledVerb is capable of creating lush reverbs, ripping distortion leads, and sculpting the sound of musical chaos. Guitarists have been using it for years to create unique sounds, and now you can have it in your favorite DAW.
O MangledVerb It starts with a variable pre-delay that feeds a stereo reverb into a complex distortion effect. Sonically, it can range from the gentle friction of a bow scraping a cello string to the confusion of a caged beast being poked with a red-hot flounder.
ShimmerVerb combines an extremely bright reverb with parallel pitch shifters to add ethereal layers making any signal, well, “shimmer”. Often, producers achieved the effect by using the company's pitch-shifting hardware. Eventide , such as the H910, H949 or H3000 or other rackmount units in combination with a reverb. This production technique was popularized by Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno in U2's The Unforgettable Fire.
