For starters, this compact keyboard controller includes a 32-note Slimkey keyboard, which is much more playable than typical smaller-sized keys. Many keyboardists also appreciate the capacitive tone and mod strips, which are easy to play but don't include moving parts that could be damaged during shipping. But the coolest thing about KeyStep is its advanced functions, like Chord Play, which lets you play a chord and then trigger it with single keys on the keyboard. Equally impressive is the built-in 64-step polyphonic sequencer, and when you combine that with its extensive CV, MIDI, DIN Sync and Sync connectivity, the KeyStep is one of the most versatile compact keyboard controls on the market.
