DIGILINK CABLE

The DigiLink cable is a type of cable used for digital audio connections in Pro Tools systems. It is specifically designed to connect Avid audio interfaces, such as the HD I/O, HD Omni and HD MADI series, to Pro Tools HD systems. The DigiLink cable uses proprietary DigiLink connectors at the ends of the cable to ensure a secure and reliable connection between devices. It enables high-quality, low-latency digital audio transmission between Pro Tools HD system components.

DigiLink cables are designed to connect HD I/O peripherals, such as 192 I/O or 96 I/O, to the HD PCI card. Additionally, a single HD I/O can be connected to another HD I/O, resulting in a single clean DigiLink connection between multiple I/Os and the CPU.
