The Audio Ease Altiverb 7 wrote the book on convolution reverb. Reverb convolution consists of Impulse Responses (IRs) sampled from acoustic spaces. Initially recorded with a click, starting pistol or even a sine wave, the sound signature of an acoustic space is then extracted and saved as an Impulse Response or IR. The Altiverb 7 contains a wealth of great-sounding IRs, all instantly accessible and with full recall.

Audio Ease Altiverb 7 makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Visual Navigation and Keyword Search give you instant, intuitive access to a variety of acoustic spaces, allowing you to click through photos of rooms. If you've already loaded an impulse response that's close to perfect, the "Similar" option offers similar IRs, allowing you to quickly get the exact sound you're looking for.
