The UNO range has been expanded

The IK Multimedia UNO Synth is a digitally controlled analog synthesizer that is loved by many for its portability, flexibility and massive synth tones. Now, IK Multimedia has taken the UNO Synth a few notches higher with the UNO Synth Pro, adding paraphonic features, a third oscillator, a second multimode filter, a 64-step sequencer, expansive modulation, and a formidable digital effects engine. What's more, the UNO Synth Pro is equipped with 37 velocity-sensitive keys, pitch and mod wheels, and a full suite of sound design features that don't limit the variety of stunning patches you can create. In addition, the UNO Pro Synth takes advantage of its paraphonic design to offer a “chord” mode for conjuring up mesmerizing pads, stabs and analogue synth textures.

Powerful, digitally controlled analog architecture

When it comes to creating fat, organic synth sounds, nothing beats analog! However, old-school analogue synths with knob or fader-per-function designs made it nearly impossible to recall your favorite synth settings, even when hand-recording them into a spiral-bound patch book. However, this is not the case with the UNO Synth Pro. While it features an all-analog signal path, including three VCOs, two multimode filters, and two envelope generators, all of the UNO Synth Pro's parameters can be digitally adjusted via four parameter encoders, a universal data encoder, and dedicated knobs for filter cutoff and resonance. What's more, once you've created a brilliant patch, you can save it as a custom preset to revisit again and again — no patch sheets required!

Offers a triple VCO threat; fold down on filters

The huge analogue growl of the UNO Synth Pro stems from its 3-variable waveform filters. Stack them in mono mode to create incredibly thick bass patches and multifaceted leads, or get creative in “chord” mode, creating unique sounds for each oscillator and playing them paraphonically. You then have two filter options to shape the timbre of the oscillators: the original 2-pole OTA UNO multimode filter and a 2/4-pole SSI filter based on the classic ladder filter topology perfected by Dave Rossum. When using the filters together in series or parallel, you have access to over 24 different filter modes! Plus, with the UNO Synth Pro's PWM, oscillator sync, oscillator FM, ring modulation, dual LFOS, and white noise generator, there are endless ways to generate evocative sounds.

A synth workstation with 64-step sequencer, arpeggiator, FX and matrix mod

The UNO Synth Pro's 64-step sequencer, 10-mode arpeggiator, and deep internal effects elevate it from a small analogue synth to a serious sound design workstation. Not only can you sequence notes, but you can sequence parameter changes, resulting in amazing sonic evolutions and involutions! The 10-mode arpeggiator is brilliant for creating classic synthwave ostinatos and single-shot harp-like fingerings. To put the finishing touches on your creation, layer any of the UNO Synth Pro's effects, such as its true analogue overdrive circuit and various digital modulators, delays and reverbs. If all that wasn't enough, the UNO Synth Pro also features a 16-point modulation matrix, which makes it easy to fix tricky modulation routing with both internal and external sources.
