Evolved from the lineage of its predecessor, the MiniBrute 2 is a versatile and highly adaptable synthesizer with a semi-modular architecture and massive connectivity.
Since the first electronic instruments, synthesizers have expanded and enhanced the possibilities available to musicians. The MiniBrute 2 was born as a synthesizer that would sound big and yet be compact, independent and versatile. An instrument that should be comprehensive and evolutionary.
It has a classic 12dB Steiner-Parker filter, two analog VCOs with multiple waveforms, two LFOs, which open up many possibilities for modulation, and a versatile architecture that allows all kinds of experiments in sound synthesis.
Thanks to its patch bay/gate, you will be able to reinvent and restructure your MiniBrute 2 at any time.
The synth is semi-modular even without the patch cords attached, and each of its features has already been expertly routed internally for very practical and easy access. The possibilities are practically limitless, and even more so if you have other equipment compatible with the CV/Gate control standard or Eurorack modules to go into the package.
The Minibrute 2 was designed by passionate synth enthusiasts to suit all types of musicians, from the most traditional to the most intrepid and experimental.
Conceived by daring Arturia Product Manager Seb Rochard and Yves Usson, the MiniBrute 2 is truly an instrument made by musicians, for musicians. Every aspect of the synth, from the layout to the carefully chosen components, reflects their meticulous obsession with bringing you a powerful and extremely adaptable analog synthesizer.
The MiniBrute features a high-quality 25-key keyboard enhanced with aftertouch, a versatile arpeggiator, and a smart and effective sequencer. This sequencer is bold and instinctive when it exists as part of a creative environment.
