Loaded with 10 true analog drum sounds and 64-step sequencing

Arturia DrumBrute includes 10 different drum sounds: kick drum, dual snare drum, high tom/low tom, cymbal/cowbell, closed hi-hat, open hi-hat and FM percussion. The toms share the same sequencer range, and you can switch between high and low tone at the press of a button — the same goes for the cymbal and cowbell sounds. When it comes to creating your custom sequences, DrumBrute contains 64 patterns with up to 64 steps each.

Create complex polyrhythms

We've used a lot of electronic drums over the years and know that many don't offer much capacity when it comes to polyrhythms. The Arturia DrumBute Impact allows each individual drum track to be as long as you like, allowing you to create polyrhythms with any combination of drum sounds.

Perform with Pattern Effects and Chain Patterns with Song Mode

The DrumBute Impact offers performance effects like Pattern Looper (for beat repeats) and Step Repeat (for loop glitch effects) that make it a great instrument to improvise. There's also a Roller mode for creating noise and battery buildup. Song mode lets you string together patterns into a longer composition, further expanding your drumming capabilities with the DrumBute Impact.

Once you've created an amazing drum pattern on your drum machine and want to put it into your DAW software for processing or mixing, the last thing you want to do is record your drum pattern, one drum sound at a time, on separate tracks. . Create dynamic grooves with swing, randomness and accent per track

Swing and Accent are two of the most common ways to add dynamic interest to an electronic drum pattern. Accent is available on each track individually, as you'd expect. Swing can be applied to your pattern as a whole, and you can also apply different amounts of swing to individual drum tracks if you wish. DrumBute Impact also has a randomization option, perfect for creating a more human feel — you can apply it globally or by track as well.
